Volvo C30 T5 - Any good?

    Has anyone here owned or worked on somewhat recent Volvo turbo cars? How well do the motors and transmissions hold up to the power?

    I had a 1996 Volvo 850R and it was nice, but had issues. head gasket, A/C problems etc. Good thing I had the extended warranty.

    I saw a C30 the other day and it looked fun. being FF I'm probably better off with a Focus ST.

    That was going to be my car instead of my subaru. I couldn't find a type R for the $ I found my subaru (if I only knew). I have seen some sick ones modified. They say the blocks can handle 500hp with little modifications. BUT!!! It is only comments that I have heard. I do love the looks of the type R c30's.
