Great news! For MNSubaru members only! A 10% service discount is now available at Walser Subaru in Burnsville in addition to our existing 20% parts discount. I have requested that our vendor listing be changed to reflect this change. We've got great techs that know and love Subies!

Nice! Some members have been getting pushback on the discount due to requiring a "membership card", which we don't have. I assume that's in reference to now-defunct MNSOC membership cards. MNSubaru doesn't have cards.

I've never had a problem myself but I've heard a handful of reports. Heads up.

Here is a note from my service manager after I let him know the members' concerns about a "card."

    Thanks for posting Mark !

We will not require a member ship card we just would always like them to identify themselves as member – so we can apply the discount.

    Thanks again

Outstanding! The Walser family of dealerships is a great bunch of people. We bought our Infiniti at the Walser Nissan in B-ville last year, and it had to be one of the best buying experiences we've ever had. We left with a nice car, good price, a belly full of sandwiches, I got a 350z keychain and 2 jars of that BBQ sauce. And going in for oil changes is a pleasure. Super easy, in and out, no fuss. It was my understanding that all Walser dealerships have a similar mindset towards customer interaction. And if that is the case here, the member base has another great dealership to frequent for service and parts on the south side.

I read that as a "35 ounce keychain" and was like, WTF?

Im a technician for Walser and I used to work with Ted who is now the Subaru service manager. He is a good guy who always try to look out for the customer. Glad to hear Walser gives a discount to the forum.

So we as members get 30% off on parts or just 10%?

I do my maintenance at Walser. They always do a great job. And Ted is more than willing to go out of his way for you.

35 oz kilochain. It's like a kettlebell for your fingers.
