Great! It should be here in a couple of days. PM me if you want to come look at it. I know we've had Ron from RS Motors call us on the car. Not sure if they're planning on building up an RSTI :O
What's up Hans? Not much here. I'm working on that right now with car meets I will keep everyone updated!
Yeah, well I believe my used car manager priced this vehicle according to current market conditions. This vehicle is very hard to replace along with 04-07 STi's. Within the area there is only 2-3 other 2005 WRX less than 65k in miles. I have driven this wrx is it is a very smooth ride and the clutch is good. Very clean exterior too.
^^^ Funny how it works the other way, when I go to trade in my '05 STi, "economy sucks, no one is buying anything, let alone performance cars," etc, etc... I know, you guys have to make money, and I'm sure you have developed a pretty tough skin from the responses you get around here.
I am not affected by the responses personally because I am just a salesperson here. I do not have any action in the pricing of our vehicles or even bidding trade-ins. I am a pretty straight forward guy and easy to work with as some of the people on MNSubaru have purchased cars from our store or who know me can vouch. I just try to give you guys an opportunity to look at some cars first that might spark interest. When did you want to trade in your STi anyway?
I think what he's saying is that when he tried to trade it in, he got the usual line that you hear "The economy is bad, so we can't offer you nearly what your car is actually worth. Oh, and if you are trading it in on a car, the car you want to buy is highly sought after and rare right now, so people are paying a premium for them, never mind what I said earlier about the economic downturn's effect on your car."
i bought my 02 rs mbp with 46,000 miles on it at moterwerks for 9800$.......... you got a 2000 with 98,000 for nearly the same price. i know the gc's are hard to get but damn! http://www.kbb.com/KBB/UsedCars/PricingReport.aspx?WebCategoryId=38&YearId=2000&VehicleClass=UsedCar&ManufacturerId=47&Condition=Excellent&ModelId=270&PriceType=Retail&VehicleId=6958&Mileage=98000&SelectionHistory=6958%7C29905%7C55378%7C0%7C0%7C the price on the wrx by the way does seem right to me. kbb it says 17000
