    I need someone who can swap out my 1.8 for a 2.5 on my 96 Impreza. The 2.5's been sitting in my garage forever, and I'm looking to start the swap in about two weeks.

    Please, only people who KNOW how and are serious.

    where is this being done? if its at your place do you have the required equipment? i may have intrest in doing it... shoot me a PM with all the parts you have and/or what you planned on doing.

    Well, I don't have a lift. Tools are limited. It would be done at my place, here in St. Paul/Roseville.

    I have an engine hoist and stand. But I'm not all about taking on a new project right now. But if someone else with the knowledge wants to do this, you can borrow my engine hoist, it is located at GrimmSpeed's shop.

    I could, and totally would....but am extremely busy this summer.

    if you don't find someone else by late august or september....I could probably do it over a weekend or so.


    out of curiosity, what exactly do you plan on doing? full longblock, harness and ECU swap?
