    anyone have a 04 sti ecu fs? need it asap since mine went out yesterday on the dyno! :mad:

    you mean it lost voltage while someone was flashing it..... Subaru ecus almost never just "go out"

    yes it did! the tuner was able to load the map from my ecu, and he tried to upload it after he was done tweaking it or so. now the car will not go into test mode at all.... the ecu will not connect at all. we tried disconnecting the battery but still doesn't fix the problem. so we are guessing that the ecu is fried. any thoughts awdimprezal or anyone?

    Yea, it was kinda wierd.
    The map was pulled off the ecu, and that was it. The car cannot go into test mode nor compare/read/write to the ecu anymore.

    mine did.

    It was a month or so after I bought it, came back from mankato and didn't start the next morning. I didn't know it was such a pain to find a 2.2T ECU.
