    Check craigslist if you haven't already. That's where I found my extra garage spot, and there were a few decent options. All were much cheaper than a garage-sized unit from a storage company.

    Well once I get out one set of my current renters and their **** I may have room for a mower/snow blower but not for another vehicle.

    for just a secure stall no heat 10x20 most places are close to $200 a month.
