Been meaning to mention this for some time know. I work for a small sign company that essentially builds signs for other sign companys around town. Wholesale I guess you could say. I got some fairly mean tools at my disposal and wanted to let everyone know if you wanted something cut.

5' x 10' water jet table...Can cut anything. Steel, aluminum, stainless, brass, copper, stone. It has the ability to cut steel 4" thick although 2" is the most we've done so far.

4' x 8' cnc router table. We generally use this for woods and plastics but aluminum can be cut on this too. We've also done some non structural carbon fiber pieces.

You can supply your own material if you want or we can get it in for you. Let me know if anyone is interested. Some sort of vector based artwork would need to be given to cut from if you have the ability to do so.(Illustrator, corel draw, auto cad) If you have your own material and artwork it's pretty inexpensive to get something cut.

Let me know if anyone is ever interested and I can get you prices on stuffs.

What software do you use to run the waterjet? What sort of waterjet do you have?

^ that idea has been talked about on many a forum, and really it comes down to the fact that there is way to much slop in just about every shifter as well as the shifter lever being to fat to really get a defined H pattern.

from some discussion tonight at firestone....how about throttle body spacers from aluminum? I could probably make a vector image of it. but any idea of the cost of something that size x 1" thick?

BTW Calypso is run by it's own software, whish is cool if you have a DXF or DWG, but not so great of you want to nest or have a 3D part to work with

Everything is set up in composer then converted to dxf. GeoMate is the software running the table.

If anyone needs me to make them a .DXF I use autocad 2005 every day and I am pretty good at it.

Just email me a dimensioned drawing and I can make up the file in a few minutes.

Price is based on perimeter of cut,(how many total inches are being cut) thickness and type of material, and quantity. Give me some sizes.
