What do you guys think? Should I paint my rims Black or Gold? I have a 2003 Silver wrx wagon. Ive seen cars with both Colors and I like both. Just wanted some input.
Yeah, hot I know, but the problem with the black on silver thing is that you can never see the detail of the wheels unless they are in direct sunlight on a clear day. I even used a slightly matte finish on them to try to get some of the details of the spokes to show up. If you want black wheels, just get some steelies, they are cheap, and wont require you to mask off, prep, sand or anything like that.
thanks for all the input. i am not sure yet which color i am going to go with yet. but i plan on doing the painting this week.
They are 350, but right now Speedemon kinda has dibs on them. And I'm not sure when I'm going to sell them as I don't know how long it is going to take to get my new wheels.
Haha, dammit. I just saw the thread where he's test fitting them. I love the black on black. Its official, that's what I want with mine, no more Cherry Blossom Red for me. lawl

well since i didnt sell my other set of stock rims i think i will copy readymix with one set and paint it black with a red lip and the other set gold. haha thanks for voting everyone.
