Well my XT had a terrible build up of ice in the wheel wells. When the wife headed off to work I went out to the garage and turned up the temp to thaw it out and do a few things. I read a DIY post somewhere about replacing the air filter for the cab filtration. It was an easy replacement and the original filter was really dirty. I then replaced the engine air filter. I had snow tires mounted recently so I checked the lug nuts to make sure they were all torqued properly and they were. Checked the air pressure and it was good (35psi winter). I replaced the stealerships license plate mounts with SPT ones. I have had to buy two rear arch moldings in the past as they come loose on the bottom of the rear doors? Bad design! I noticed one was loose on the bottom so I cleaned it, put some 3M adhesive glue on and clamped it. If I had known they were a bad design I would have never bought them (double sided tape that holds for crap). I then watched a YouTube video of how to get my remote engine fobs synced and reprogramed them so they work again (yes!). I then checked the fluids, cleaned the windows and parked it outside so the wife could park her new Legacy in the garage. There would be room for mine but I like keeping my motorcycle's and the snow blower in the garage. To be continued. My gauge cluster mount and AFT gauge arrived. I'm waiting on the boost gauge. I will wrap the top of the downpipe and install a turbo blanket in the near future (it's so darn cold up here it's not necessary right now). I need to fine tune the new upgrades when Nuke gets back. I had a VF52 turbo and CNT downpipe installed. What a difference. I'm running a WRX stage 2 download for the time being as cobb does not have a download for a turbo upgrade for the FXT in the V3 accessport? Crazy! Time to call it a day Bob
