First off, I've got a new DB 20G. I've been having my engine slowly tuned via getadomtune.com, log review, and reflash. The tuning seems to be coming along well. But...I was driving the other day, and once I hit about 15 psi / 5k rpm the engine's power just dropped. It felt very similar to the time my IC hose was loose and loosing boost at higher pressure. I checked everything out under the hood and couldn't find any leaks. Then, I drove the car again and the problem had dissapeared. Is it possible the wastegate was opening under throttle for some strange reason? I've driven the car a few times since and still no problems. Here's my latest 3rd gear pull. I've got a WB02 log on the far right. The WB02 sensor was dropping out, though I've since got it working right. http://andrewcox.org/AC_rev6_3rdWOT.xls And another thing, what should I be looking for as red flags on my logs? All I know is that negative KC is bad.
Log feedback correction (I'm pretty sure you can log this on a 16 bit ECU with the new enginuity defs). Any feedback correction during a WOT run is bad. Looks like you're making some good power, though.
I just found a coil pack (I think that's what it's called, the cable on top of the spark plug) come loose today. The bolt that holds it in place was completely gone. Is it possible that the unexplainable power loss I had a couple days ago was the coil pack coming loose? Then the problem was mysteriously better, like maybe it jiggled back in place, then came completely loose today..
