Just like it said?? How do you do it?? This is a crazy week for me (and is going to be like this all through the month because of the Fair), I am working 12 hr. a day (at the Architectural firm) and afterward I have to go in to the station and work. I don't get home usually around 1 and I have to be back up by 5am for work [xx(] I been downing Red Bull for couple of days now, I was wondering can you get OD over red bull?? ...ZZzzzz.. -_-
I used to work at refineries doing design work. When we would shut down a unit I would work 7 - 14's 7 days a week 14 hours a day. (usualy 16's though) Besides a 1/2 hour nap during lunch the way I stayed awake on the ride home was; a) The excitement of getting the F out of there b) My stystem shaking the seats c) The amazement of seeing the freeways at 5 am with almost no cars. d) Last and most important.... Coffee for the win!
well there you go...drinking to much will have a cause to it....but drinking red bull is the bomb.....but i hardly ever rink it anywiase....wow...you work alot johnny boi....to keep me awake...fist you get some drugs.....and then inject it into your blood stream....j/kii dont know..im just used to it....
Lee, we don't want to hear of your drug usage online. Hehehe! John, you can use what was mentioned to me about Red Bull mixed with your favorite alcoholic beverage. You'll feel it as well as staying anti-depressed!

Russ <hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></blockquote id="quote"></font id="quote"> That would certainly be the most effective way. ):?: But, I think you should do the lunch nap thing, that helps alot. Limit your use of caffeine though, it's definitely not healthy iin large amounts. Your body builds up a tolerance and then it takes more for you to get any energy out of it. It's a stimulant. As Grimm said, Ginseng is another stimulant that is more homeopathic/natural. EDIT: http://www.health-naturale.com/energy.htm Also, go to a Chinese herbologist and they can prescribe something right there and you can buy it right there. There was one at United Noodles in South Minneapolis.
