some of you might ask that... most won't. but yes, it is quite true... I am OUT of scoobarus for now (note that). with that said, I was tired of what I had and was doing, and would continue to do... so I changed it up, damn near completely. as a result, I went euro... Scandinavian to be exact, plush yet extremely responsive ride... buckets of power yet balanced with great economy... I wanted heated leather seats with a well made interior, yet the space and room I constantly need to haul all my paintball gear. thus, I found the perfect fit. It does 30-70 faster than a Porsche 911 Turbo, gets up to 115mph before the end of an on ramp, and its SILKY SMOOTH and QUIET doing it all, all the time. I introduce you to Curly Wagon V2.0, with all its 250hp fury. (btw, 4 banger, direct injection= win... Eli, tested it last night after our argument and it was 31mpg after i raced a Corrado  ) 2002 Saab 9 5 Aero WAGON
i can drive a stick, but there were two wagons for sale in the state... neither of which were 5 speeds. I am pleased with the price, considering it was over 40k new in 02, i feel i did pretty well and i am more than willing to pay what i did.
Its not direct injected, its direct ignition, It still has injectors and a throttle body...this perticular engine has been around since the early 90s (in the 9000 aero) and its very durable. Hot car(L) far too nice for you I think these have td04s? and yes the 5 speed auto is faster then the 5MT in a straight line. OH! and be smart about changing your oil! they sludge up fast.
You make me SAAB! Congrat's! She looks great! I never got use to sticking the key on the center consol near the shift lever. LOL Glad you like it.
Carry a spare ignition cassette too. nice car though. It was that or an audi allroad for the Mrs. but we ended up with the allroad. The saab should be more reliable though.
cars are usualy this nice untill you mod them. Then the no shaking, smooth riding qualities go down the drain.
you ask so politely, he should say yes, but if he were to decline your offer, he should at least decline politley with a "no, thank you"
whoops, good catch on the error 3rik... i was in a rush. doesn't matter what any of you think of the car or of me... i love it. jesus, if you have met me, you know i am a little off... this should be no surprise. with that said, the car is fantastic. remember, that is coming from someone that has a strong disliking for all but about 4 saabs in all.
You get your jollies off of torturing 4-year-olds. I can understand why you got a molest-o-wagon. Sadist. Poofy pants.
she enjoyed it... and brought it all about. i feel no remorse what so ever, especially when she tried to do the same thing at Stubb and Herbs, but i refrained that time.... she was lucky. this isn't nearly as molestowagon as some of the other cars i looked at were... such as the V70R, that has a way more dirty old man feel... i think it was the blue gauges. explains why Shorten wants one so bad lol, i am kidding, it was a nice car.
I'm not so sure on the V70R anymore...I drove by Cadillac last night on my way home and they still have that black CTS-V. Damnit.
they MIGHT have a CTS-V down here in Kato at the one GM dealership...I could roll through and just take a look for you this afternoon when I head to lunch... never know man. I'd say either would be a stellar car, I just have a hard time leaving my wagon now.
another situation where i wasn't actively trying to sell a car... and then things just fell into place. I honestly didn't think I would be able to afford one this close to new still for such a good price. I would pay what the car had cost new, if I had the money... I honestly LOVE the car (except the lack of traction)
not at all, it would just be nice not to be spinning the tires like a crazed maniac all the time. i specifically blame the pile of crap tires.
tires... they shall be needed come fair weather. apparently, these are fairly easy to go stage 2...or even 3 with.
