What to do in Abderdeen, SD?

    Gonna be planning a trip to Aberdeen in January for school and was wondering what's there to do in that area?

    I gotta go to orientation at Presentation College. I've never to SD before, but if you can suggest other nearby places that would be great too. I do plan on being there for about 5 days or so.

    Orientation, like your going yo be moving for school? Aberdeen is kinda by its self.

    No, it's gonna be online, but they have a mandatory 1 day on-campus orientation.

    Awh, never heard of the college so I had to ask.

    I'd say spend your day on campus and then go other places like Sioux Falls or Fargo.

    I live in Sioux Falls now as a Tow Truck Driver (originally from Austin MN) and I would have to say unless your planning on playing with the college frat boys, Aberdeen has little to offer. Sioux Falls happens to have a pretty decent Suby following and also has a couple good bars to check out. A couple clubs as well. If you find your way down here and if the Scoob is up and running again (working on a motor) then perhaps I can find some time to show ya around if your heading down here. :)
