it is now working. might of been because I was at the hospital on their limited access internets. techy, I will let ya know if I need help with that. my brother in law did home theater installs for 5 years.

the house was built in 2004, the guy who had it built still owns it. they rented it for 6 months, that is all that it has been lived in.

Well, the above house we put an offer in on 02-10-09 and still have not heard from country wide if they except our offer or not because it is a short sale. Never ending promise dates forced us to go looking and we found this gem. We are really excited about it. as you can see it is a 3 car garage with attached house that has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths! Similar thing happened to me. Waited 3 months on a short sale and they finally rejected my offer. Then it was sold at auction for less than half of my offer. You can definitely get a good deal, but you have to be willing and able to wait a year. I'm not sure if it's worth it. With a normal sale, negotiation is pretty quick and once you agree on a price, you can close in less than a month. Anyway, glad you found a nice house that might be more realistic. I also now know you have thing for fake wooden wells.
