hey i just found the pinout diagram for my car, and im about to buy my safc1 or safc2, i have a question tho in the manual does it tell a general how to for wiring, like for example, green wire to maf ground, or womething like that, i know it shows the pinouts for various cars, but not mine, so i need to know if it has universal instructions before i buy it, otherwise its a big waste of money. well thanks for ur help in advance

Because if you mix up a wire you can say good-bye to your engine. Just like the settings(not talking about the actual tuning part, although that can be disasterous), mess it up and boom.

However, if you insist, SOLDER THE WIRES don't go cheap on it, if one disconnects and your engine is tuned only by that.. Heh.

No one has any idea where to get instructions for your car because noone on this board knows what year it even is, just that it's a legacy, from your nickname.

you should look up more online to find the wires..and where they go...there should be at least some info...and if i were you, i'll get the SAF-C II because it is more better than the I ...tuning will be better too...

Unless they added a feature I'm not aware of, I highly doubt that.

Well, the SAFCII does have 12 adjustment points and SAFC I only has 8, but why would you need 12? The SAFC I already adjusts in between the 8, but I guess if you're really anal about your tune you could use it. (but if you're anal why not just go full stand alone)
