    started on one side
    [IMG]

95% done, later when putting on the valvetrain stuff I'll port it the rest of the way, right now I'll just do the splitter and move it down.

Here's the finished intake port. More porting will be done later to the valve throat, but now it's just working on the FLOOR and the splitter.

yups, all this in my garage. Take a good amount of time with just using files. I need to get my bits so it makes things go by faster. Right now it takes 6-7hrs to finish 1 of the 4 ports. I'm only about finished with my 2nd; almost halfway.

There's still more porting to be done later, this is just the first step. I'm just working on the floor of the port and the splitter. IF I where to do the whole thing, I'd have the valves out and I'll be porting the valve throat and enlarging the sides a bit, but I'm saving that for when I do the valvetrain upgrade.

Let me get the right bits and stuff then I'll probably do some porting for you guys. It's art!

okies... the finished ported WRX heads. It appears that the USDM small ports are only messed with on the intake side for emmisions. The exhaust ports seems to be fairly big as they are, which are bigger than the 2.5L DOHC ex-ports. I'm just leaving the exhaust side and just porting the intake side.

So here are the PORTED WRX heads w/ the 2.5L DOHC heads.

Here's a vid of tonight after swaping out the fork.
IT SEEMS that the clutch doesn't want to disengage. Even with the cable PULLED WAY BACK, it doens't want to let go of the disc. I'm going to drop the tranny, AGAIN and see wassup.
