Ok, I'm trying to pick a set of wheels for the car and I need opinions and most of all I would like to see the wheels on the car. I'm looking for the best photoshopped pic. This is a contest, but I offer no prizes! :eek3: Ok, it's not a contest, but it would be great if you guys out there who know how to chop could help me out with this.

It's not such a great pic of the car, but it's the only shot I have of the car in its current state from the side. So it will have to work.
Please people, I have my stock BBS wheels for tracking. **These wheel choices may or not be the lightest or heaviest wheels. They range from cheap to insane-O expensive. Point is, I don't care. I like what I like. All wheels are 18's. Just means I'll need a bigger turbo!

    Chop away!

and what size and offset are you shooting for, there isn't much in the Gram Lights, in fact, the most offset you can custom order is a +43

Carl:: I'll get another pic up today of a better side view.

Wakaba:: If I go with the gram lights, works, or professor's, I'm going with a low offset for the aggressive look. I want to get some cut throat lip! Going for 75mm of lip, so offset depends on which wheels are chosen. +35 or less.
The gram lights can be ordered any offset you would like. I've seen a +20 ordered. Proof lies here:

Se7enrex:: Not too shabby for a five minute chop. Kinda goofy looking though!! ;) lol
If I get the works, I'm thinking of color matching the spokes to the car.

One thing I will never do is run Rota's on my car! No offense to anyone, they're just too common. Maybe for winter wheels! :p

hmm... well I am not a huge fan of any of these. if i had to choose i would say the gram lights or the JICs.

here are some pics of the gram lights on a GC if that helps.

its hard to make a clean photochop when the pic of your car and the wheels you want choped into the pic dont match up on perspective.

Yea, I love what the Gram Lights look like. I wonder if I could pull off the RMC (polished look) on my car.

Holster:: Let me know how my car should be photographed and I will post a new angle. I really want to see what the Grams would look like on the car.

    MAN!! that's a **** ton of lip!!!

I thought you were looking for near stock offset and width. There are limitations on the offsets you can order for Ray's. On those GL's you are in the window if you are going low-mid 30's. With a 9" you can go from a -12 to a +43

That's right it is! There is no way in hell I am spending four grand for wheels unless they fist deep in lip!
I'll need my fenders rolled ofcourse, but I am shying away from fender pulling. Just don't want to get that deep into it. I am looking for 9 or 9.5 wide. I may go with a staggered offset for a bit more lip in the rear.

    its quite simple....

make sure the angle of the wheels in the pic of the car are the same or really close to the angle of the wheels you want chopped onto the image. and i dont mean turning the stearing wheel to get the angle.. if you can get a straight side shot of your car and a straight side shot of the wheel....or slight angle on car with slight angle on chopped wheels.....get it?
