When is this site going to be UPDATED?

    I click the fancy links above and they go to blank pages. Are they ever going to be populated? Do you guys need some help? I do web design/admin all day for the Army so if you need a hand just let me know :)

    Even some place holder pages with very basic info would be 100 times better than a blank page.
