It was dropped and the screen is cracked. The display is messed up but the touch screen (digitizer?) still works. Is there a local place that repairs phones?

They'll exchange the phone out for about $120. I dont want to loose what I have on the phone... I know, I should have backed it up...

Check ebay for screens, you used to be able to get one for just about any phone.

i know that best buy can transfer over the info that is on the phone. They did that for my blackberry, so maybe check with them. And i don't know much about the behold's but if they use those micro sd cards or whatever they are called, most of the information should be stored on that.

your contacts and stuff should be on the SIM. If you can't figure out how to copy that to it without a screen, take it to tmobile and tell them you want to keep your contacts and whatever else you're afraid of losing. Some things like contacts go to the SIM, others like program settings, messages, etc go to the microSD if you're using one... if they give you **** for it then just take it to world of wireless or bestbuy.. but it should be fine, it's usually something a customer wants in the first place.

they shouldn't charge you for it, either, at tmobile. If they are, then they're really different than they were when I used them :\
