What are your mods? Have you done anything to the car recently?

I had a short ram intake when it happened but now i switched back to my stock air box. I have a 3" exhaust w/ no cat. I tried disconnecting the battery to reset it but no such luck.

Boost solenoid out? doesnt the stock wastegate actuator open at 5-7 psi? could be running off the waste gate

OEM WRX wasteages open at around 10psi. so at this altitue it should be pushing 6-7psi on wastegate boost. your problem lies elsewhere.

get a cigarette. Light it. move it around the engine compartment until you see smoke getting sucked into something. There's your vacuum leak.

note: try to do it right after starting the car so your radiator fan doesn't go on.

Tried the cigarette idea but couldn't find anything. The Maf only fit in one way so i'm assuming it's the right way. any other ideas?
