What I'm looking for is pre-bent tubing or a place that can mandrel bend J or U-bends. My problem so far is I cannot find anywhere that can bend what I need. What I'm looking for is 1.125in. od 18 gauge mild steel with a 2in. radius bend. So far I have called 6 or more shops in the metro area but no one can bend or get anything pre-bent under 1.5in. I emailed a few companies on the intrawebz but with no luck so far. I'm getting short on time to finish this project so any ideas would be helpful. Otherwise I will have to buy a pitbike exhaust for $200+ and cut it all up to fit. For anyone who is curious of what I'm working on it's a 1981 Honda ATC 70 with a GPX 155 HO motor.

Call a header shop, or look for header building supplies.

the 2" radius would be the largest issue. the smallest dies I can get for my bender in a 1.25" are 4" CLR.

Thanks for the link. Looks like they can only bend 1.5 in.+ tubing and only up to a 90* bend.

Yeah I know it's not easy to find but it is possible. I was able to find this bend before but I can't get it from that place anymore. I think a 2-3 radius would work.

Yeah I though of that too but my options for 1.125 were pretty limited. I was also looking for a shop that does custom motorcycle exhaust but many of the shops around just install exhausts from catalogs. Not so custom imo haha.

There was a very reputable motorcycle exhaust, casting welder, guy on craiglist(hard to believe but true) which I searched and could not find him. Have you tried the Muffler Clinic on Excelsior in SLP? Steve is the expert.

I ended up running out of time to find materials to make a custom exhaust so I bought a FMF PowerCore 4 exhaust for a DRZ 110 and modified it to fit the three wheeler. In the end it turned out very good but raised the cost of the project quite a bit. The 155 motor gave this little thing some much needed hp but with 15hp and weighing in around 150lbs it's a little hard to ride. After the motors are fully broke in and cam chain tension and valve clearances rechecked I will try get a vid of the top speed in 500ft with a radar gun. So far clocked by a car we hit 65mph on top but I think it has a bit more. Anyways here's a pic. It's not finished yet but I had to cut some corners to finish before the atv club's fun run.
