whining noise, kinda

    I have a high-pitched whining noise going on. Seems to go right along with throttle input. Kinda reminds me of electrical interference sounds I had in my honda before I learned the proper way to run amp wiring, but it has been going on since I have owned the car. Only electrical add on that the car came with is a Valentine One. Car is an '04 STi. Is this electrical or fuel pump sumthin'?
