Just scheduled my Sti hatch to get the brake line recall done and a couple other things while there. Has anyone been there for major service? By the sounds of the lady on the phone she didn't seem to bright(took her 20 minutes to realize what I meant by "I'll drop my car off on Saturday for the appointment on Monday"
White Bear Subaru is Luther dealership (just like Bloomington Subaru) and they use a call center to make appointments. You are not talking to a service writer at that specific dealership location, so I would not make a judgement about the service department based on that phone experience.
Ok, Ive only had one oil change there because it was free. Otherwise I've only used them for parts(oil and filters) and I'm going to have them do warranty work either through the subaru warranty or my extended warranty because my windshield washer nozzles on my hood don't spray and I don't hear my motor even turn on so it may need replacing. And also my ac doesn't work but they won't be able to tell now because it's winter. I work at Buerkle down the street and we also use a call center but I didn't realize they did as well.
