What are the preferences/experiences and or recommendations??? I am debating between Whiteline & Eibach & also 22mm or 24mm sway bars. My 2006 WRX TR is solely a street car. Thank You.

go big or go home. don't forget the endlinks. Whiteline has the rep.

Wow thats the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Why not drive your car first and figure out what the suspension needs. Does the car push? Is it loose? Over steer? Under Steer? Why not figure out what the problem is before throwing parts at it.

    RalliTEK ftw! http://www.rallitek.com/rafuswbarkit.html

Full kit is on sale right now for $300 + S/H. (includes endlinks)

I've got this kit on my 07 Impreza. LOVE IT! When installed they put the rears at 22mm, which I liked, and just today I switched to 24 mm. Haven't decided which I like better, but grip seems a little better in the rear with the adjustment.

And if you read up on quality/production, RalliTEK is as good or better than anything out there, but if the whiteline is less $$ (which I doubt, as the full kit from rallitek includes the endlinks), then that's not a bad deal either.

24mm all around is great on a street car. Whiteline stuff is quality, and if you find the right dealer, fairly cheap.

I got my whiteline stuff from a dealer on NASIOC dealer; JNJAssociates. Wow, the prices have gone up since I purchased last spring, though (I got whiteline front and rear bars + kartboy endlinks all around for less then $500 shipped to my door).

Looks like they're still in business:

I'm not sure about that RalliTEK stuff. Honestly, I'd recommend you get quality suspension parts. Shoddy stuff tends to clunk, break, etc.

24mm all around would be as high as I would go on a street car. More than that and you start to see the negative effects of larger bars.

I vote WL or Kartboy for the endlinks, but what ever you can get the best price on for the bars. All bars are pretty much equal from what I've seen, and I've been through a lot of them.

free shipping and unbelievable customer service (they send out hand written thank you cards with coupons and stickers!). Ask for a combo deal and get an even better deal.

I ran 25 front (cusco) / 24 rear (whiteline) on my 06 wrx and plan to run 27/24 (whiteline) on the sti. Lots of autox and about 12k daily driving miles a year.

keep in mind the numbers are all relative to the bar geometry. So my cusco 25mm at full stiff was actually less stiff than my whiteline 27 adjustable at soft. Check with the manufacturers for a more acurate percentage rating (ie, 150% stiffer than stock at full soft, 225% stiffer at full stiff, etc...). Also, what springs are you running? I wouldn't run a stiff bar with stiff springs.

Might as well shop local with MAP in Plymouth since they already have great prices, plus they are willing to price-match on most stuff. I bought my Whiteline rear bar for my Evo from them. I was actually looking at the Whiteline rear bars for my fiancee's '07 WRX Limited today and I was debating 22 vs. 24mm. I think for springs we'll either be going with SPT or Eibach ProKits.

I'm just saying in the terms of what he asked the bigger bar is what I would do. With new endlinks.

I think you say dumb things too.;)

As an FYI, Noltec makes Whileline endlinks. Noltecs are ~1/2 price of WL at Oakos.com. I have them and they pwn stock endlinks.

I have 24mm WL bars front and rear and Kartboy endlinks, it's a great combination for any street car. Josh from ImportImage hooked me up with the bars, so I'd recommend pricing them out also.

What tires are you running? Springs? If they're both stock I'd stick with 22mm adjustables. If you have a set of good summer tires and higher rate springs then 24s. It doesn't seem like a big difference but it really is. I'm running Whiteline bars and endlinks and couldn't be happier.

As I already stated, RalliTEK is FAR from Shoddy. They use top quality steel and has a LIFETIME warranty. None of the parts are welded, meaning no welds to break. RalliTEK runs $300 plus shipping. Pretty hard to beat that. Find out what grade steel Whiteline is, RalliTEK uses 4140 chro-moly steel:

From their webpage: "Construction: RalliTEK sway bars are constructed of only the finest quality solid 4140 chro-moly steel. Forged and heat treated for maximum durability, RalliTEK sway bars feature one piece construction. RalliTEK uses inductive heat and a 75 ton forge to form our sway bar ends. RalliTEK has found this to be the strongest construction method possible. Welded sway bar ends become brittle and are not acceptable to our high quality standards."

and: "Guarantee: A Risk-Free Opportunity RalliTEK is so confident that you will like our anti-sway bars, we offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee — or your money back. If your RalliTEK sway bar fails for any reason, at any time, due to defects in parts or workmanship, we will replace it free of charge."

Did I mention they INCLUDE the endlinks for the same price?

I'm not saying Whiteline isn't great, I'm just saying that RalliTEK is as good or better and less $$. These are race-proven parts and they've been in business since '63.

Good points. I didn't mean to state that the RalliTEK stuff is shoddy, although I can see how you got that from my wording.

I simply don't have experience with their stuff. But you're right on the money with your technical specs. If the quality is as good as you state, their stuff is for sure a bargain.

Yes the prices have definitely gone up based on what I am finding. I have a question as to why most people are recommending the Kartboy Endlinks vs the Whiteline Endlinks? Is it the cost or the construction of the Endlinks that is leaning more people to the Kartboys? I did find some adjustable Endlinks by whiteline that look very appealing so this is why I ask. Thank You

When I ordered by bars late last spring Clint (TiC) said whiteline was uping prices thanks to the weak dollar.

I went with whiteline links simpley because they are spherical (like your factory links) and you don't need to worry about spacers on the STI.
