I've been blowing my nose so much it won't stop bleeding. I've literally had a piece of kleenex stuffed up my nose for 45 minutes now. Still answering phones.
my 2 kids are sick since last wed. night , cough , nose , and puke , and repeat , poor wife hasnt gotten much sleep with the 4 and 1 y.o. , but for some reason i am well rested:laugh: i hope i dont get it , but the little buggers are slingin snot everywhere
I've been sick all week! I've had such bad cough attacks at night I just about took myself to the hostibal. I've been blowing my nose so much it bleeds to! No fever or throwing up or anything like that though.
my 3 yr old son has had a cold since a few days after easter. Started with fever, then runny nose for a few weeks & coughing mostly at night. I took him to the doc a few days ago and since the runny nose has pretty much stopped they figured the cold is getting cured but the poor guy coughs for 15+ minutes at a time each night I can't wait for a full night when he doesn't cough at all. I hope he stops coughing before we fly out to Florida on Thursday--don't want the airplane to turn around thinking he has the swine flu
When your on the plane loudly say "I hope Florida is as warm as Mexico was" see how many people look. lol j/k. I hope your kid gets better, its miserable coughing a lot!
Both me and my fiance have this cold. it's been going around work, I'd say almost 1/2 of us have had it by now. Seems to last for a week, which is a bit long for most colds I've had.
i have horrible allergies (to almost everything outside) that have been hitting me hard this week no cold though...
I called in sick today. But, like a goody-goody I am, I showed up to work at 4 for half my shift. Ugh. Really regretting it now.
I've had one all week. Actually, no - week and a half. And I'm also one that "never gets sick". Interestingly, it started with a nice round of expelling the previous nights dinner unexpectedly. Though I'm not totally convinced it wasn't the excess amount of gin that was part of said dinner. I have been sick ever since, though.
