Who here runs Tein H-Techs?

And what kind of shocks do you have?

I put my H-Techs this spring, and am in the market for new aftermarket shocks, I am trying to find a good combo.

tokico dspecs are the shock best bang for the buck imo.

 

I've had H-techs for a couple months now on stockers.

I'll be replacing my stockers with either the Tokico dspecs or the KYB AGX when the time comes.

 

I have 04' sti stocker shocks/springs on my RS..why? because I'm poor; full Hks suspension in the future for me hopefully

 

Ok, best bang for the buck, but how is the quality? I haven't heard many good things about Tokico's on other platforms.

What exactly does that have to do with Tein's? :ugh:

 

quality is exceptional. we keep a set as back-up struts for the stage rally car in case we bend a bilstein

 

I've also heard mixed reviews when it comes to Tokico despecs and other platforms but not so much from the Subaru crowd.

Nothing really he did ask "And what kind of shocks do you have?" tho

 

So how do you think stock STi shocks would hold up with these springs? Or would they wear out just as bad as the WRX stockers?
