I wonder how they're going to kill the stig this time... That being said, like the article said... the cat was out of the bag with that accident report.
I'll throw in a guess that Top Gear Stunt Man will do something and land his car on him :laugh: Though, it would suck if they replaced him so soon. Current Stig has only been around for a year.
Not correct. Richard Hammond had his major crash in '06 and he was around for that. Current stig has been on top gear starting in season 3.
In seasons 11 and 12, Jeremy, Hammond, and James spoke briefly referring to Stig as "new Stig". I forget in particular which episodes but it is mentioned and they never referred to him as that since season 3. Off of that, I believe he was replaced after season 10 and just didn't change the uniform. Who knows, but it doesn't matter.
good time to "come clean"....while they're filming the new season. should be interesting to see how they handle this. also, I don't remember hearing any "new stig" comments in the last couple seasons.....guess I'll just have to watch them again, shucks :biggrin:
