Who pays the most for cats?

    I just got an up/dp on my LGT and I'm looking to sell my cats. I just have no clue who pays the most and so far google hasn't been very helpful

    I brought my uppipe in to a recycle center and they only give 10 dollars because its a pre-cat. Most recycle centers pay the same depending on how the market for the metal is.
