Who would be interested in Spline Drive Lug Nuts?

I'm just getting a feeler...Who would be interested in them? It is made in Japan comes in Black or Chrome, closed or open face...

Retails for $45+Shipping ($5) so that's $50 total. I am planning on selling them for $35 Total including shipping to MN, picked up or meet me @ Firestone (that's if I can get 12 people or more to do a groupbuy). Please let me know if you would be interested and what color? Black or Chrome...Again this is just a feeler...When the process moves onto the buying. I plan on moving this thread to Memeber "for Sale".

I'm at working right now...But when I get home I can post some pics. The closed is a solid lug nut (recommended), but the open one is the one you can see the threads. But it is personal preference. The sooner I can fill the 12 orders the faster I can get it here...

 

You can see some pics from www.Subydude.com they have similiar lug nuts chrome and black pics with the Key as well...They are selling it for $2.25 ea you need 20 of them and the Key. $45+shipping is their price w/key.

yup...All application...The only thing from what I know is that it won't fit is the VOLK Rims. Those Rims come with their own Lug nuts, I believe. Let me know what car is it going to go on...I do have 1.25 or 1.5 application. The 1.25 is for all Subarus.

 

I would be interested in a set in Chrome and closed end. I was just thinking I needed new ones yesterday, mine are getting all rusty.

Are these the lug nuts that have more "contact area" over the OEM lug nuts? How good (quality-wise) are these when they're exposed to flying rocks and road salt.

 

I've had mine for a year now...No sign of rust or wear. I'm sure they are the same or better quality than your standard Lug set. The Spline Drives are also a good security measure for your Rims, just like Wheel Locks. And yes they have more "Contact Area" because they are also longer than your standard Lug Nut set.

a second key? hmmm...shoots, I think it is like $15 for an extra Key...Because they have to break a set. I'll double check...subydude charges $15, but that is not where I am getting it from, hmmm...I'll get back to you on that.

 

sounds good thanks, there is no hurry on the second key it would just be nice to have for a spare i know they can crack (closed ended ones anyway) do you know if its the same key pattern as teh ones discount tire sells?

those black ones will look hot on my new anthicite prodrives. although crome would look good too....

 

I'd say Black with that Anthicite color...at least that would go with anything later on too...
