Just curious who the young bucks are on MNSubaru, sorta like an A/S/L type deal but the 'L' could be school! Anywho I'm 21 and in my last semester @ the U of M Twin Cities. Taking my last two classes of this hellish career.
L2 at U of M law school /Can haz lawsuit? //FWIW, I prosecuted speeding tickets up in a northern suburb lasts semester, I hope I don't know anyone here. ///It was a know thine enemy experence ////However, if you have a black bugeye who had a bum radar detector who got a 20 over in mid july, you got a good deal. /////Can't give legal advice
dang i didnt see this thread i just posted one up. But aside from that i will be attending U of M Duluth as a Freshmen. Turning 19 this August! Do you guys have any advise? Major- Biology Solomon
That was me!!! Thats funny, I remember you giving me radar detector advice while we were walking out. What a deal huh? from 20 over to 5 over! And I started grad school at Augsburg, 2 years left
yay, welcome to the club of UST transfers that get effed in the A. I transferred in and hardly any credits came. plus with all the crap they make you take like philosophy, theo, foreign language, etc you still have a ways. I'm 23 and still have a ways.
U.S. Marines 3 weeks of MCT and 4.5 months of Army Corps of Engineers MOS training before my certification.
I couldn't read the officer's scrawl for your plate number (not that wouldn't have gotten you off), now I know what it is /Quality detector+scanner (make sure to get a license for that)=awesome //FWIW, I'm doing defense work this semester, but because its PD stuff, it'll be full misdemeanors.
Culinary degree, eh? I got done with that about a year ago and now I am tossing around ideas for a new career so I can actually pay off my loans :ugh:
My standard advice is don't go to lawschool . . . .unless you really really want to /MBA gives you money, its easier, and only 2 years //Also, less people hate you
Im in the same boat as you... its my last semester at Normandale and then im trying to get into MCAD for graphic design. just have a little generals left. i see your car in the lot and somtimes i think its mind until i see your missing rear doors haha. almost the exact same color
Yeah no crap. Fat lot of good my aviation degree from UND did as I got it right before 9/11. Now I work in IT at a pretty high level of program management. Who knows what you're capable of until they give you shot. As to the culinary folks did either of you get your CEC or become affiliated with the ACF? It's a great way to network. My dad's a CEC and member if you need some references...
Yes this: 1 year down, 1 1/2 years to go at Carlson. I'm doing the part time MBA and working full time. Kinda sucks but should be worth it. The school part is pretty easy though. Did my undergrad at the U too. Graduated in '04.
You also have a much better cafeteria. Mondale's a good place for rancid coffee and food poisioning. /Priorities
umm its Carlson. pretty sure half the management 3001 classes spent the whole period making their name tags. I have 1 semester left after this spring at the U of M TC.
You're in Carlson a lot right? What was your major again? I feel like I remember it being something environmental. Sounded interesting. I hope the economy turns around for you guys that are about to graduate by the time you graduate. Late 2004/early 2005 was rough.
^ Environmental Science, Policy, and Management is the name of the degree. I only have 1 class at Carlson this semester. I had like 3 or 4 there last semester. My prof for management 3001 seems to have lost his mind along time ago. I am predicting this to be incredibly boring and kindergarten is.
haha..if you're in schander's morning mgmt3001, this actually happened...mine is a work of art last semester at the U of M...then someone hire me! (Comp E Major, Management Minor) it's like there is a new one of this thread every semester.
i was a late undergrad, finished in 2004 from u of m at 25. now i'm back part-time in my first year at carlson working on an mba. i work full time as a restaurnat general manager.
MCT is definately going to be a good time. We'll be shooting stuff up via the 240 golf, 249 saw, 203 'nade launcher, I believe we're putting a few rounds though the at4, some good old frag grenades, the works. It should be a grand ole' time.
