    Understandable.

    I redid my main bathrooom a few years ago, tore it down to the studs. Holy crap there's a lot of junk in a small room.

    ^yes there is. I put new porcelain tile in and painted...and that was a hand full..couldnt imagine tearing it down to the studs......new granite for the counter tops are next on the list.
