I think that the car was something like a taxi cab or some other work-related vehicle.

I've seen some services that allow parents to put video cameras in their cars so they can see their kids driving like fools. Some of the accident footage is hilarious and incredibly horrifying all at the same time. I remember seeing one of a teenage girl sliding her car off in to a field, all the while screaming, well, like a little girl and talking on the phone with a car full of friends.

 

Yeah I can see the work vehicle idea, makes sense.

 

its not the seat belt, its falling asleep at the wheel.
