Wondering if anybody local has done a sedan rear conversion on a bugeye (or similar) wagon. I've found a decent amount of threads and pics on the interwebs but would thoroughly enjoy seeing one in person and picking somebody's brain about it.

Got the typical quarter rust on mine and am at least considering doing something wild if I'm gonna go through the trouble of fixing/patching rust and repainting a decent sized area.

    Thanks!

In my Google picture search tonight I ended up scrolling past one with MN plates. For some reason the plate clicked in my head. Looked through my own pics and noticed that it was at the MNSubaru 10 yr at RS Motors. Blue wagon with the plate 500 NAP.

    Link to a pic, maybe:

A few pics later there was another one that looked damn near identical but with Cali plates. Perhaps was brought home from there?

Yes it does. I know a guy through the rally community in Green Bay who had doors and quarters from a GD sedan that he was trying to sell. If you're interested, I can inquire

My brother actually owns that widebody wrx wagon now. He purchased it from a guy down in Apple Valley and I believe that person purchased it from someone up in Washington. My brother might have some build pictures of the widebody.
