    hahaha it must reallie suck to own a honda and then it getting stolen...but i thought that cops don't have the right to assault you in anyway not unless you threaten them?

    If it was my car I woulda gave him more than a kick. As for cops kicking someone, if you are resisting arrest they can pretty much do whatever they want to subdue you.

    He wasn't resisting arrest, he was tazored.. you probably wouldn't stop moving too if you were tazored at the same time they try to cuff ya... still, he deserved what he got...

    the taze only last for a few seconds. its enough to just get someone down to the ground. you can use the coil pack over and over on the same shot but a new coil needs to be used if you want to shoot again. so if he was tazed. he went down. they could of stop tazing him. bastered deserved what was coming. he was lucky it wasnt a asp baton.
