I'm assuming your speaking of the EJ22T motor? Yes any dual port Subaru manifold *edit* will bolt onto a dual port head.
Note the 2.0 manifold (not sure on the 2.5) will have a front o2 bung you will need to plug.

Turbo headers, yes, I suppose non turbo headers will work too, but only if you are running the car n/a

my car didnt come factory turbo'd that i know of, it is the 2.2 but the guy i bought it from said the guy before him just threw an 05 sti turbo on it so im assuming he used the same headers too although the ones on there are EL headers and im looking for UEL and yea it is dual port so thats nice they will work as long as they clear the pan. thanks guys

yea, all dual port EJ subaru exhaust headers will physically bolt up to the heads.

but, oil pan, up-pipe, crossmember, and downpipe configuration all contribute to header fitment. also, there are lots of 2.5s.

a common, borla-style UEL header will not fit on a turbo legacy with a stock EJ22t setup. and it's not the oil pan that's the problem.

whats the problem then? i know my impreza came with the 2.2 and i also know now that it didnt come factory with a turbo. will i have any issues fitting the 2.5 UEL header on my car? sorry if its a dumb question or you guys have no idea but just throwin it out there since i find this forum very helpful and couldnt find anything when i searched for it. theres like no info on my car anywhere besides wiki. only thing i could find was some early model impreza's like mine were equipped with the optional n/a 2.2 motor.

we don't know what the previous owner did to the car.
without looking under the car, it's hard to tell. (stock crossmember, stock turbo location?)
    will it fit, maybe.

what's header do you have now?

dual port EL headers, i just asked him and they came from an 05, the whole exhaust came from an 05 he says so if those EL's fit the UEL's should too right?

Post some pictures of your current setup to clear any confusion of what you have.

an 05 WHAT?! the STi that the turbo came from? the only stock 2005 exhaust that would allow a turbo to be mounted would be WRX/STI/LGT/FXT, but would require a different (or modified) engine crossmember and possibly oil pan.

if it has the stock crossmember and oil pan, it's custom. (see the period?) if it's custom, only the builder has any prayer of knowing what will fit.

Hey Tanner! Its fares, the car was errorcode3's... It has a 05 WRX turbo with an 07 intercooler.. as for the exhaust system, it too is off an 05 wrx.. I DONT BELIEVE Headers are equal length bro..

Clearing it up Rappedbytheeves's car is a 1995 2.2(SOHC) L that has been turbo'd. I believe its stock crossmember and it is stock turbo location and ic location.

As a general rule of thumb the dual port turbo headers will bolt up to the dual port NA headers. As Chux mentioned... where you go from there is alot more involving question. On a more direct point however, even though the bolt holes line up that doesn't mean they will fit. A prime example of this is the thermostat housing. This little plastic thingy will throw all your plans off since it routes your lower radiator hose where the turbo manifold would run. There may be ways of fixing this such as rotating the thermostat housing or getting a WRX/STi thermostat housing, but I dont know if those work or not as I have not tried them first hand.

the headers are stock (for a 95 2.2), the only exhaust that is from an 05 is the dp to the muffler.

so the cross-member is NOT notched, and NOT from a 2.2T.
