I need to pick up a Christmas present for my Daughter tonight and was wondering if anyone has ever put an assembled 20" bike in the trunk of their GD Sedan. I'm thinking I will have to remove the front wheel.
with the front wheel off, it will fit. I'm sure you could put a towel over your back seats and put it back there with out any disassembly.
The answer (for the wife) is "I had to buy this 260 piece tool kit to disassemble the bike to make it fit"
Hey you could just buy this bike, But I know your daughter and I really think she would like this better...
^I didn't know my dad was selling the first and only bike he bought me. I always wondered why he left the break cable???
To report back, a 20" bike does NOT fit in the trunk. I had to put it in the back seat as StanmoXT suggested above. Thanks for all of the input . Up until now the only thing I had used the trunk for was storing the occasional dead hooker.
If you would have mentined that earlier I could have helped out... My dead hookers don't fit in the trunk so I have to keep them in my back seat. I guess I like the large frames.
Wow, I can't even get them to my car usually... i just get hungry and start eating them. most of the time they end up in my belly... same thing happens with dead babies.
Sounds like you like th XL frames... Damn BTW: I got a crap on deck that choke a donkey, it's all squigy, O I'm getting all emotional.... Chilly's baby back ribs
Sure you can....in pieces. Personally I wouldn't put them in my far without the rubber cargo mat for the back... don't want to mess up my carpet, and you know how messy those damn hookers are!
I beg to differ. Subaru makes a cargo cover standard on every one. Depending on how they're sectioned up, I could probably fit two depending on what their meth intake was.
bike who said anything about a bike? i thought this thread was about how to hide dead hookers in your car?
I like what is happening here, threads like this don't come along as often as they should. We normally have to wait for a NEWB to come along sporting an Indiana Jones hat in search of sceintific evidence as to why Subaru uses "strong bolts"
