will my tires rub?

    i have a 2008 wrx wagon and just picked up some lowering springs, there eibachs and lower the front by 1.4 inches and back by 1.2 inches, but i have 18" rims with 225-40 tires on them.. does anybody have this set-up? and will i have any rubbing issues?

    Width and offset of teh wheel needed to answer that question! Ur probably ok...

    You will be fine. 08 WRX have a lot of room for wider wheels. I had 225/45/17 tires on 17x8 rims with 45 offset and no problems.

    ok thanks, i thought so was just making sure before i get them on and they rub and then am screwed.
