Gimp is mad because I had a Sti lip on craigslist that someone else bought before he had a chance. 5 minutes after I posted it he and another guy contacted me. Gimp had a bunch of questions, the other guy said 'I'll take it, be at your house in 15 minutes'. First guy with cash gets the deal. Grow up.
Its alright man, another one will come around or ill just buy a brand new one this spring with the hardware. Only issue I have is that I talked to you first and you sold it when I was talking to you within 8 minutes of your last text and you didnt return or answer my call. Thats the big problem I have with that.

Thanks guys. You know any other cars these would be a good fit on? I think they are a little wide for sube's but might be a good tire for an audi, bmw, etc? I'm a little surprised I'm not getting any interest considering the condition, but maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree here. Any advice would be appreciated....
Considering the newest wrx's come with 235/45/17 (08's came with 205/50/17 iirc), the GD sti's came with 225/45/17, and the gr sti's came with anywhere from 235/45/17 to 245/40/18 it's going to be tough to find a buyer for these tires on here. Maybe if someone has 17x8.5-9 winter wheels kicking around and doesn't mind the wider tire and possibly shorter sidewall? Off the top of my head I can't think of any cars that come standard with 255/40/17's... maybe a 5 series? Or rear fitment for some newer mustang models? Maybe an acura RL/TL, although I'm pretty sure the new ones come with 18's standard.
