haha thanks. I went to hope depot and got something that works i think. Now I have everything hooked up right but my problem now is....

1st gear boost about 10 psi and but feels way faster.
2nd gear boosts about 10 psi up to 6000 rpm then it jumps to 15
    psi to redline
3rd gear only boosts about 11 psi.
Utce map is the turboxs stage 4 map.

Could anyone here in MN look at my car maybe friday night?? Like I said befre, I'd be glad to pay for the house call.

Thanks for the space, and for any help

is your boost map all 250's or what ever?? Look at the boost map, and if the numbers are the same, start increasing the numbers to get to your boost level. Actually, start over with your boost map. If the map is all 250's or whatever, turn you abc out till you get up to 14-15 psi. Once you get that set, just keep adding to your boost map to get your desired boost levels at the desired rpms.

    3000-4500 18psi
    4500-5500 16psi
    5500-6500 14psi
    6500+ 12psi

Something like that, it will depend on how much fuel you end up with. If you have a leptop, pull a log #1 and post it up, and I will be able to get ya alot more info.

this is a 2nd gear roll on and then shifting into 3rd. 2nd gear after like 5500 rpm it shoots to 15 psi to redline.

    Couple things I noticed:

You need to calibrate your TPS. With your foot held to the floor, a properly calibrated TPS will read 100 or 101 in the UTEC. You need this so that you'll hit the 100% column in your boost map.

From 4500 on, that looks pretty lean. If you were hitting your target boost at that AFR, I bet money you would get knock.

Your injectors are going static at about 6000rpm and only ~13 lbs of boost, even with that lean AFR.

Something is definitely wrong in your setup, your boost is abnormally low.

****it Zola, that's what I was gunna say, stupid slow typing.

With STi injectors, it's very unusual to see static at 13 psi on a VF22.

Up top your AFR is going from 12.1 and getting leaner. You should be 10.8 or richer.

Your getting some wierd boost stuff going on. With a value of 280, your getting anywhere from 10 to 12 psi of boost. But with lower numbers, your getting higher boost. Have you double checked to see if the restrictors in the correct position?

Also, the map seems kinda wierd. I would a) find out what the deal is with the injectors(their acting like stock, verify that they are pink and not blue), b) check to make sure the restrictor on the vacuum hose is on the correct side c) Update the UTEC to the latest version and calibrate your TPS and MAP(directions in the user guide), then load a stage 4 FMIC map.

My injectors are pink, I have 4.2 utec software, i loaded their stage 4 map (which isnt for vf22), also who can calibrate my tps? Also, could any one of you guys check my set up out for me maybe at the show or if i came to you?
PS I have an APEX electronic controller instead of an ABC. Car ran fine at 15 psi before i got the injectors and new dp in
    Thanks..

TPS calibration is covered in the UTEC manual, it's very easy to do. If you have an EBC then I guess we don't need to worry about your boost map on the UTEC. You're going to have to play with the EBC to get your boost the way you want it.

In my opinion, you gotta figure out what the problem is with your fueling before you worry about the boost. I'm sure you would have told us if you had a fuel smell, but still check for leaks.

I'm hoping to make it to the show and if I do I'll look at it then.

Hmmm...the only manual i have is the install manual that shows how to load maps and stuff. How can i tell if there is a gas leak by the in tank fuel pump? I guess I'll just talk to ya guys at the show. See Ya Guys!!

First thing I see is you definitly have a boost leak someplace. Your maf voltages is high (4.2-4.3) for only 11-13psi of boost. Check to make sure all the hoses and clamps are tight on everything. Also check out your box to make sure you have a good seal at the base. I would calibrate your tps. Better yet, I would MAKE SURE your have 4.2 installed, and re-install the stg4 map AND the stg4 parameters. That alone should get you alot closer than you are right now. If you are running a ebc, that need to control your boost. What does your ebc say you are running for boost? Start with that stuff. John can help ya out a bit if he meets ya. Just re-install the stg4 stuff from txs (make sure you use the new maps for 4.2) and go from there.

I have 4.2 software, installed their stg4 map and parameters. What box were you talking about? EBC is set at 1.25 bar(APEX) I read the utec instructions how to recalibrate but I just didnt quite understand it. As for the restrictor hose, I followed the two hoses that come off the EBC and one goes to the compressor nipple and the other to the wastegate. I dont see any kind of restrictor, just 2 hoses. I am trying to make it out to the show if I can make it to Lake Elmo by 230
