Hey all, Trying to unload my set of Works before I ship off for overseas again. I was going to have these repaired, but no real point since i'll be gone for a year. That all being said, I won't accept crazy lowball offers. These are high quality, 3 piece wheels, even if they need some work. Details: Work VS-XX 3 piece wheels. Faces should get blasted and powdercoated. Lips should be repaired, they are all curbed - some from previous owner, a bit by me. One of the lips has a bend in it as a result of an unfortunate incident with snow. The tire still holds air. Silver faces with a polished lip. 18x8 with Subaru big brake fitment/offset. (+48) Bolt Pattern is 5x100 Tires: 235/40/18 Pirelli P-Zero Nero all season tires. Approximately 10,000 miles on them. They are worn evenly, no cupping, and have lots and lots of life left. Majority of the miles were road trip miles out to Salt Lake City, Seattle and back home. I would like to see $1750 with tires. I am willing to split wheels and tires, and would like $1400 without tires. Both prices are 'OBO' After speaking with a wheel refinisher, you would likely have to spend around another $1,000 to completely re-lip (to change width) and have the centers fixed up. If you have the existing lips repaired, replacing the one with a bend will cost around $200. All said and done, you'll still be in cheaper and have the exact color you want for quite a bit less than buying a set of these wheels new. MSRP is around $750 per wheel. Sorry for the lack of perfect pictures off the car, I have included some pictures on the car as well. Rolling: Yes, these were Jason's wheels. Yes, I got them for a steal. Trying to be reasonable on price, hence OBO.
Awww, sad to see them go. If I didn't have half a brain, I'd buy them back from you for the Forester, but that's my commuter ****-box and I'm not blowing mod money on it. GLWS man. Hopefully they go to someone who can give them the TLC they need. Still my all time favorite wheel
Thanks Jason. If I get lowballed to hell and back and can't get what I need before I deploy, I'll have them fixed and run them/sell them for considerably more when I get home from deployment.
Tires gone. $1200, likely the final price drop. Otherwise they will get blasted, powder coated, swapped to a step lip that's half an inch wider.
Good deal, if I needed wheels I would be on these. There is no easy way to make these 5x120 right? haha
