Worst weather to do donuts... I got stuck

    I got stuck 2 hours ago in a non plowed parking lot in this refreeze weather.
    I drove up to the parking lot thinking, hmm, how bout a quick donut to finish the night off not expecting the snow to extremely compact under my 02 wrx causing me to get stuck and stall.
    The snow just sucks, it's just sleet, mush, and can be densley compacted.
    I seem to have overestimated my Subaru.
    Paid the price by under digging my way out.
    Dig, Dig, Dig
    My clothes got soaked.
    I nearly froze my fingers off
    Foggy weather so nobody can see me

    That was simply dumb on my part

    I've gotten stuck in 1" of wet, slick snow in my Subaru, so don't feel bad.

    Last time I went to Green Bay, I got stuck in the in-laws driveway... twice!!!

    i got stuck bajaing through the snow a couple years ago when i decided i could go over a 3 foot snowbank without issue, fuji had to pull me out :)

    I'll probably get stuck this weekend, I predict it'll happen on a lake in northern MN. :)


    Yeah, last year at the ice races I buried my car pretty good, the snow was still deep next to shore but I thought I could make it, that wet, heavy snow is the worst.

    lol,

    looking at my previous posts,

    i miss those days,

    I got stuck last december in eau claire,
    same story happened but this time, I couldn't climb out.
    So I had to call my buddies to push me out,

    total embarassment,

    I guess I was a bit too confident of my subaru wrx not getting stuck going over 6 inches of snow over grass and dirt on an inclined hill
