Well, though modern technology, I just found out I have 2 sisters. Both of which has been searching for me for 10 years. My mother died when I was very young, and I had zero contact with her side of the family. Therefore when she died, so did any and all connections to her side of the family. Well, I just recently really started using facebook, and low and behold I get a message from a long lost sister. I don't have much family. 2 brothers, and that's it. So it feels like I won the lottery today. I can't believe it................

Really. Just imagine Tony's ugly mug with longer hair Seriously tho, that's exciting news! My father's dad passed when he was really young. I remember when I was a kid my dad met a guy who knew my grandpa and was able to tell my dad all sorts of stories about his dad that he barely knew. The crazy part is this guy and my grandpa were friends in Vietnam and he met my dad in Kansas. The dude's (Americanized) name is Tony too lol. True story.
Congrats Tony! I was the same way about Facebook for a long time, but I've been able to find people through it that I don't think I'd have found otherwise. So are you going to meet up with them at some point?
lol, thanks Sheen. Actualy, she looks just like my Mom. Very beautiful. Anyway, I talked to her on the phone for about 15 minutes. We were talking about pictures we have of my Mom, and where we are in our lives. She and I were being emo :emo: Shes calling me when she gets off work. She said she's going to call me from home so the batteries dont run out on her phone. This is unreal! I thought besides my 2 brothers, I was all alone. we have a lot of catching up to do. hopefully we'll make plans to meet.

Thanks everyone! Still getting used to this whole situation. Although I talked to one of them from about 9:30pm-2am last night. It is so awesome getting to know them. Hearing about my nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. I have a very big family to get to know. All of which are just SO excited to find my brothers and I. It feels so good. And funny about the Subaru thing, of course that came up in our conversation, and she said something about one of the cousins is really into the them. Can't wait to find out more! The last 24 hours have been incredible.
