    yeah, but so are the parts. i still want all the WRC S5 widetrack stuff :( and of course... the Prodrive-Alcon 6 pot water cooled brakes with floating tarmac rotors.

    I never knew the restrictor was cast into the compressor housing. Makes sense though.

    Isn't the WRC car some form of 4 lug? Seriously, there isn't some crazy "WRC Lug Pattern" or anything.

    they probably mean because of clearance issues. I doubt wrc rims would clear standard bodywork, the fenders on those cars are rather different

    The WRC car is a 4x140 bolt pattern the same as the older Subarus such as GLs, Brats, XTs, and all of those. IIRC someone on ultimatesubaru contacted BBS about buying a set of those wheels (BBS forged wheels in the 4x140 bolt pattern) they would not sell them to him, as they were only for the WRC car.

    Pretty much the only non subaru that used this bolt pattern was some odd year pugeot. All of the old school Subaru guys have already scavenged the wheels off the Pugs since they were 15" instead of the factory 13" or 14" wheels.

    so who knows why they won't fit (I suspect offset reasons)

    So maybe that guy could be less of a **** and actually tell all of the srt sticker touting loud exhaust people why the wheels won't fit?
