Reduce the lag of the big turbo.

    I know that,
it's a 2.5 not a v8. Don't get me wrong, it is different but seems like a waste of $$. To each their own.

Your grasp of the obvious is good. ;) Big turbos on little engines have even more lag don't they? Of course size is relative. Some would say spending money on a Subaru to drag race is a waste.

So what was the result of Fobia's one pass?

bent rod? have a video on you tube of it on the dyno. car ran great with it on the street. had vary little lag and power threw tell red line. i never really got it dialed in and was always changing stuff to keep it a street car. was trying to run things around the full radiator sub frames ect.. and now i dont care about street stuff and am building it as a drag car. benefits were not having to wait long an the two step to build boost and you could granny shift and still be in power no matter what. think i was at 600 something to the wheels and tq was right at that same number at rs motors and that was on stock rods and stock cams.next year it will have a auto so i will be able to run a tighter converter and staging will be so much easier with this set up. before as a street car pics:
