    I'm surprisedy Mitsu was able to make the Evo uglier... I mean, we're deep in 2006-7 Impreza territory now! :laugh:

    omg why does mitsubishi suck so bad!

    and who was drunk when they designed the front end? people say the pig noses are ugly, I say the carp body mitsubishis are the definition of ugly as sin.

    Why would they downgrade the powerplant to spar with the WRX? That's like making an "STi" wagon with WRX power.

    Weaksauce, and it has a Pontiac front end ta boot.

    The front end isn't as nice as it could be, but that rear is terrible. Really, the X was styled as a sedan and the proportions of the hatchback are all wrong. It just looks bad.

    As Dr. Phil would say: "What were you thinking?"

    I actually like it a lot better than the 08 wrx hatch. I saw a new wrx the other day, it doesn't look any better in person that photos.
    I would take the lancer hatch if it had all the Evo bits. That twin clutch auto would have been very nice today in the gridlock on the highways, I love my manual but when its stop and go for over an hour an automatic would be really nice.

    While front end styling is pretty ugly, I have to admit the Ralliart having 235 hp, all-wheel-drive and the Twin Clutch 6 speed transmisson with paddle shifting for about the same price as the WRX is pretty appealing. Don't know if Subaru could pull off all those goodies for that price.

    Subaru has been snoozing a bit in the tranny department.
