WTB: 02-07 GD WRX or STI: Running or Not

I'm looking for a new project car. I think I would like a GD body style. Iam OK with a WRX or STI, and it does not have to be running as long as long as everything else is in good working order (ie. no electrical issues, interior/exterior in good shape, etc. - condition of motor and/or tranny does not matter). I would like a clean body if possible. I am also OK with the wagon body style.

Blown motor and/or tranny is OK (or even preferred).

I would prefer the sedan to save a little weight, but that one does look decent. If I could find one with a blown motor that would save me a lot of money.

I'm willing to look nationwide for the right car.
