Wtb 03 wrx 150,xxx miles (need a little help here)

    Hey guys, im looking at a wrb wrx located in Menominee,Wi. 150,xxx mileage, 5 speed sedan. He said driver side needs ball joint replaced, Cel comes on and off when it rain?.. He's asking 6500 firm. Which is about right price on kbb.com. I need some advice here if I should buy it or not. I need a dd car for winter.
