Looking for an '04+ Impreza RS/WRX/STi wingless WRB trunk lid with springs. I would like to replace my '06 STi trunk and wing with a plain trunk. Badged or debaged no problem, must be in great condition as it is going on a brand new car. My trunk has the Subaru logo in the center and the STi badge over the keyhole, the impreza and subaru name badges have been removed. I am giving this info in case someone would like to work a trade.
I love wingless cars. I hope you find someone who will trade with you. Are you looking for cash with your trade? When I had my 99 RS I had tried finding someone who would trade even up for a wingless bootlid and nobody bit. Must not have been many black Impreza Ls out there.
Just looking to buy one or trade even up. I love the wing but I can't see out the back, I'm always leaning down to see behind me. The other day I thought I had a cop on my butt, couldn't quite tell if he had cherries on top. I was in an area of Chicago that is notorious for speed traps and cops looking for racers. I thought for sure I was gonna get pulled over for "driving while rice". Turns out it was just some loser with a bike rack who liked to tail gate. Anyway, all the way home I was fussing over that and decided that even though the wing is cool I need to be ble to see what's behind me almost as much as what's in front of me.
I have a WRB trunk in immaculate condition, its on a 02, always garage kept. Wingless with all the badges still on.
