Looking for a set of '06+ wrx wheels. It's okay if they have the stock re92 rubber still on them. Let me know what you got.
why? I don't give a **** about winter tires. There's snow on the freeway like 4 days out of the year.
It's a long story. The WRX is currently riding on my SSR Comps. My stock '06 WRX wheels are on our '06 LGT. The LGT wheels went on my '04 WRX that I traded in last year. At the time, the '04 WRX was wearing the SSRs -- I traded my stock '04 WRX wheels plus cash for the SSRs way back when. And when it came time to sell the old WRX, there was no way in hell I'd trade in the car with the SSRs on it. So yeah, I want a set of stock '06 WRX wheels (or possibly something else that'll fit over my brakes). I may even consider something that would fit the LGT.
If you don't find anything between now and when winter tires go on send me a pm. I don't think I want to sell them, but I'll be taking them off to put the stockers back on (with my winter tires) and they'll be sitting around waiting for summer and new rubber. I might be more easily persuaded around the time they come off the car and could use it as an excuse to upgrade come summer time.
Ok, I'll keep you in mind. Thanks. It's funny how things can come full circle, lol. And speaking of circles, I forsee a lot of spinouts and sphincter clenching moments (shut up, Nathan) if I have to drive on my Hankooks in the snow.
Didn't someone have a set of 5 spoke RS wheels (the early model that fit over the 4-pots) on here recently?
Stooooooooo had some quite a while ago. Other than that, I don't recall seeing any -- I've been lurking for wheels since I bought my Hankook RS2s.

Yeah, I have that in the back of my head. I'm waiting to see what I find for wheels first. I'd hate to buy the tires and then a week later pick up a set of 16" RS wheels/tires.
