WTB 2.5 L sohc

I am looking for a 2.5L SOHC motor for 2000 RS
Or other engines (H6,2.5,) sorry I should really look for a NA motor.

Full motor, or short block
with oil pump and water pump
Will pick up.

Location and how far I would drive from any one spot.

Rochester MN with in 2 hours drive (would like this best)

Twin Cities MN with in 2 hours drive (still good)

Menomonie WI with in 1 hour drive

Any further and it better have less than 60,000 miles on it

Need not have working heads/cam gears or intake, might need wiring harness.

i have my motor... EJ205 WRX block, rebuilt, PnP'd SOHC heads, ect... it was being built to spec to run with boost. i have over $2k into it, looking to get like $550ish

 

if its going to be a turbo i would probably need all the extra stuff.. to make it run. thanks for the lead.

 

doesnt HAVE to be turbo... but it sure would be a pretty thing

 

i have a 2.5 shortblock in roch. that i was goin to build, but if you make a pretty good offer i can take a different route. just shoot me a pm

Mileage was probably 30-40k, but it doesn't really matter.. it needs new pistons. It was turbo'd back in 2000 and didn't last long with that owner. We swapped the motor and I have the short block. It comes with block/crank/rods/pistons assembled(never disassembled). Pistons are worse for the wear, but everything else should be OK.
